By accessing and using our Site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, govern your use of our platform.

We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms are subject to change, and we will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

EduForYou provides educational consultancy and support services, including but not limited to:

• Guidance on UK university course selection and applications
• Assistance with Student Finance England applications
• Eligibility assessments and finance calculations

• Test preparation materials and guidance
• Ongoing student support throughout the academic journey
• AI-powered course matching and career guidance tools
• Agent recruitment and management platform

Our core student consultancy service is provided free of charge to eligible students. EduForYou is remunerated through partnerships with accredited UK universities. This does not affect the quality or impartiality of our guidance.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom (or meet the eligibility criteria for Student Finance England)
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications and communications
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@eduforyou.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Certain premium services, including the Agent Membership Programme, may require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Agent Membership

Agent memberships are subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges as displayed at the point of purchase.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling Regulations):

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel any paid service and receive a full refund, provided you have not substantially used the service.
• If you have begun using the service within the cooling-off period and wish to cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
• Refund requests should be submitted to contact@eduforyou.co.uk.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, course materials, AI-generated content, and the E.D.U. Method framework — is the property of EduForYou Ltd or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and print content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our public pages

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from our Site

7. Acceptable Use

When using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

Important: EduForYou provides guidance and support services. We do not guarantee admission to any university, approval of Student Finance applications, or any specific academic or career outcome. Final decisions on admissions and funding rest with the respective universities and Student Finance England.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including university websites, government portals (such as gov.uk), and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

10. Data Protection

11. Termination
